I use the light between to different sized pots. I can see my plants grow. I started them from seed. The lamp suppliments an Eastern window.
Basically a good product. The problem with it is that the ‘wings’ that spread the light around don’t stay in position very well. I used some duct tape to hold them open to spread the light around evenly. I have purchased two of these and both have the same problem.
